| | | | | | | | Gordon Sterling |  | Gordon Sterling has a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo in Ontario and a Master of Science – Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. During 35 years with Shell Oil E&P, he engaged in numerous offshore developments, first in structural design and marine research and then in project and program management. For eight years he represented the American Society of Civil Engineers on the Board of Directors of the Offshore Technology Conference, and was Chairman of the OTC Board in 1998 and 1999.
