| | | | | | | | Leigh Hollins |  | Leigh T. Hollins is Battalion Chief with Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue in Manatee County, Fla., and co-owner/Director of STARFIRE Training Systems, Inc. Hollins has taught school bus rescue nationwide since 1994, and is an Editorial Advisor/Contributing Editor for Fire Engineering magazine. He has been a member of the FDIC Educational Committee since 1996, as well as a frequent present and instructor. Hollins is a founding member of the Suncoast F.O.O.L.S. (Fraternal Order Of Leatherheads Society). He resides in Bradenton, Fla., with his wife, Janet, and their three children.
